All of our video's are edited within the comfort of the Mountain Forty Nine studio using fully licensed hardware, software and media assets. This means that our output is authentic and can be shared digitally across any platform including your own corporate website or social media channels at Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We take immense pride in the results achieved, and we look forward to continuing to exceed expectations in every project we undertake.
The Across Mersey Swim is an event that takes place every year. This particular year was very special as it marked the 30th anniversary and we were humbled to be asked to capture the action. With our kitbag loaded and batteries fully charged we set off on the short journey up the Wirral, through the Birkenhead tunnel and in to the vibrant city of Liverpool on a beautiful sunny day in September.
With our drone for the day launched we had some time to explore the area and so flew high over the decking of the Liverpool Marina, home of the Liverpool Yacht Club.
It was truly an idyllic place to be as we captured the yachting activities below.
Eventually, the swimmers gathered and we manoeuvred the drone a little lower, capturing the Liverpool cityscape as we did so.
What followed was a sight to behold as the event attendees submerged themselves in to the Mersey water and swam in the direction of the Wirral shore.
Manchester based rendering specialist P Taylor & Sons contacted us via Bark.com asking us to quote on a rendering job that they were about to complete in the suburbs of Manchester. Following a brief call to the business owners a date was set and the flight was in the diary. The brief was very concise, 'Capture some footage that makes us look good on social media'. Our response was 'No problem at all'.
With the weather being slightly temperamental on the day we took a number of separate flights to ensure that the sun shone during the footage that we wanted.
The flight was inch perfect and the house looked incredible from every angle.
We chatted on the day to the owner who was clearly delighted with the results that she'd obtained for her home and equally pleased to see a drone flying around it knowing that others were going to see how spectacular it looked once the footage was online.
Cameron contacted us via Bark.com to let us know that his parents, Stu and Siobhan had purchased a property just outside of Holywell, North Wales and that for a moving in present he wanted us to record a show reel of their new abode. Delighted at the opportunity we met with the family to discuss their vision for what they wanted the output to be. Eventually it was decided that the video should include everything ... including the dogs!
We sent a copy of the final edit (without background music as requested) to the family for their approval and the response was 'Please come back and do more as we move through the rejuvenation project'.
We cannot wait to go back to see Stu, Siobhan, Cameron and of course, the dogs again.
